FOUNDER AND CEO
TAHNEE MASELA
At the heart of Collab Industry stands Tahnee Masela a dancer, choreographer, creative director and entrepreneur. Whose roots lie deep within the creative community she serves.
Starting her journey as a dancer, Tahnee experienced firsthand what it meant to chase passion while lacking the space and support to grow professionally.
She knew the hustle, the late-night rehearsals, the limited opportunities but also the power of community and the magic that happens when creatives come together.
Out of that lived experience, Collab Industry was born.

Driven by a mission to create a home for dancers and creatives, Tahnee transformed an empty space in Amsterdam into a vibrant, evolving hub.
Under her leadership, Collab Industry has
grown into a thriving platform with sold-out events, 40+ collaborations and a reputation for authenticity and quality.
Tahnee isn’t just a CEO behind the scenes, she’s present, engaged and
constantly building bridges. Whether it’s directing a shoot, mentoring
young artists, or hosting a meeting in the office space, her passion for community, collaboration and creative freedom is felt in every corner of the studio.
